I Drank Heavily In The Evenings For The Last Month

I drank heavily in the evenings for the last month or so. I started my menstrual cycle and it lasted about 5-7 days. About a week later, I started bleedin again. I am not in any pain. The bleeding is not heavy and it is bright red with some brown discharge.
