I Drank On Accident A Couple Of Silica Gel Particles.

I drank on accident a couple of silica gel particles. There may have been some soap on my cup after washing it then my throat started to get sore I went to my doctor and he said I had acid reflux. I am 45 and I have very bad eating habits I eat late at night and then lie down and watch tv, I also am overweight. What do u think caused this? Could it be what I ingested or what?
