I Drank Way Too Much Wine Yesterday And Finished On

I drank way too much wine yesterday and finished on a glass of red. Woke up with no headache absolutely fine. But then I started vomitting, and I can stop. I've been sick about 6 times already today and can't hold anything down.
I've been drinking water but it's just coming straight back up. The last couple of times I vomitted looked yellow and red and gooey chunks that sunk straight to the bottom of the toilet.
Any ideas on what I can do? I feel awful.
