I Dropped A Bed Frame On The Top Of My

I dropped a bed frame on the top of my foot about 3 weeks ago. It initially was bruised and quite painful. I iced it and it felt better as time went on over the following days. I now have a hard raised area at the point of contact of the bed frame with my foot. Do I need to see a Dr? My foot is a little achy and sore, but not really painful.
