I Dropped A Metal Shelf On My Knee About A

I dropped a metal shelf on my knee about a year ago it immediatly swelled up. ive had pain since that gradually got worse. its now to the point i cannot put any weight on it at all i cant fully extend or bend it either. Ive had an xray and MRI but both came back clear. But i know something is really wrong...
