I Dropped A Piece Of Firewood On My Foot About

I dropped a piece of firewood on my foot about 24 hours ago & it instantly started hurting. It swelled up & gets more & more painful the more I walk. It's still swollen & a little discolored but not too bad. The pain gets worse I can put weight on it & walk but I have a small limp. What should I do & what may be wrong? I've iced it for about 2 hours & the swelling never went down & the pain didn't decrease.
