I Dropped Some Secatuers On My Foot 9 Days Ago

I dropped some secatuers on my foot 9 days ago and split a 10mm cut. There was not much pain on the cut but the whole right hand side of my right foot. I have an infection which I am on antibiotics for (the swelling has gone down). I am experiencing very sharp pains up the front of my leg and the pain in my foot is still there.
