I Dunno Weather You Can Help Me But I'm 37

I dunno weather you can help me but I'm 37 weeks pregnant on Thursday and I'm not feeling myself have had loose poo and feeling sick also a lot of pressure down below and bad back I just don't feel right I dunno weather I need to poo or be sick also had a few hot flushes any ideas what this could mean ?
