I Easily Got Frustrated If Someone Doesn't Reply Me Timely

I easily got frustrated if someone doesn't reply me timely on my msgs or trying to disrespect me even in the fun. I always want to use social networking sites and I feel my personality is almost similar like the definition of extrovert given by jung. What I need to do. I am very emotional and sometimes I feel to do suicide.
