I Ended My Period At The End Of December. For

I ended my period at the end of December. For the past few days I've been having brown like stuff in my underwear but I didn't think I anything because I have been not popping a lot. But then I went to the bathroom and I had a lot of red/brown looking stuff in my underwear. What does that mean?
