I exercise often. But recently, I have been experiencing pain on my lower left muscle and side. I can remember working out and the muscle was popping and I was lying on the floor stiff until the tightness stopped. The pain isn't major but it comes and goes when I overwork the muscle. What are ways I can relieve the effects and ease the pain from coming back?
