I exercise regularly (put in 8000 mile on my bike in 2016, have done several 10,000 mile years in the past), My eating isn't to bad, don't drink much and I have freaking high blood pressure, I feel good, Strong on the Bike, sleep good, when I check my blood pressure, my heart rate is good but the blood pressure is high, it doesn't seem like my heart is having to work to hard to pump the blood, what gives, If I eat the right foods and I'm on my workout routine, my blood pressure is usually good, but during the winter, when I'm not working out as much, it will go back up ?
