I Experience Sharp Pains In My Left Chest Area. Some

I experience sharp pains in my left chest area. Some sharp enough to make me gasp. The sharp pains are increasing in frequency. I am also starting to experience tingling periodically in my left arm and upper back. I have also started retaining fluid, most noticeable in my feet and ankles and around my wrist. I am a 52 year old female.
