I experience the following symptoms: pain in hands, right more, sometimes trigger finger. Have seen rheumatologist, bloodwork shows no RA factors, uric acid slightly elevated @ 8.6. I have 550 triglycerides, 250 chlosterol, control bp with med, 130/80. Pain worse in AM, I have bone spurs and no cartelige in right thumb joint. 5'9", weight 187. Sometimes, cloudy urine, usually clear, ketostix neg. Can this be diabetes type II ?
