I Experienced A TIA 15 Years Ago And Have Noticed

I experienced a TIA 15 years ago and have noticed some things starting to happen. I was wondering if these are things that are happening due to the TIA?
I have trouble remembering everyday things at times. Something that happened yesterday or even during the day is lost but I can remember the name of every client that called or walked in to my office. Hand coordination is getting poor. I am usually very proficient but find I am having trouble holding on to things or getting my hands to work like they used to. Tired all the time even when getting plenty of sleep or rest. I realize I am getting older (50) but wondering if these things can be explained by the TIA or should I be getting examined by my family doctor?
