I Experienced A Fall Last Sunday That Required 6 Staples

I experienced a fall last Sunday that required 6 staples to my head. today, I have been experiencing face swelling (forehead, eyes) and some to the back of my head. the swelling is very sensitive to touch.
I should also mention the CT scan showed a growth on my thyroid and a cyst in my sinus Any ideas
