I Experienced A Nose Bleed In The Back Of My

I experienced a nose bleed in the back of my nose. it feels like it is still bleeding a little like a postnasal drip. i have been experiencing some problems with post nasal drip for about a year now. i live in Florida, so i know it isn't cold dry weather to blame. I never get bloody noses, so it was quite a surprise. i do dip tobacco and drink wine everyday. should i be concerned? is there something specific i should look out for?
