I Experienced A Severe Tightness In My Chest And Problems

I experienced a severe tightness in my chest and problems breathing with wheezing on Sunday. It subsided after a few hours. Monday I had tests done (EKG/chest X-RAY/blood work/CTPE) and everything appears okay. I am going for a PFT next week but I had a workup done several years ago due to wheezing and shortness of breath and nothing was found. What else should I be having checked out at this point?
