I Experienced An Allergic Reaction At 3am-woke Up Struggling To

I experienced an allergic reaction at 3am-woke up struggling to breathe, eyes, face swollen - went to ER-treated with solumedral, anti histimine and pepcid - swelling went down....and released with 2 days of prednisone and benadryl. My question is: I did not use any new products, eat anything new, did not introduce anything new into my system....the facial/eye swelling has gone done significantly, but not gone. what do you suggest?
