I Experienced An Episode At Work I Felt Hot Dizzy

I experienced an episode at work i felt hot dizzy and my heart was beating fast i thought i was doing to pass out. I work at walmart in a deli, and it is very fast passes job. People are telling me it could be anxiety, blood pressure, or thyroid issues. What is your opinion?
