I experienced post menopausal bleeding and had a pelvic ultrasound done with results below:
The endometrium measures 4.6mm with regular appearance with a trace of fluid within the fundal portion of the endometrial cavity measuring 9x3x2mm. The uterus measures 78x48x37mm and is anteverted with heterogeneous appearance of the myometrium with multiple Nabothian cycsts noted. The right ovarian volume measures 0,8cc and the left ovarian volume 4.5cc containing a 22x12x19mm remnant follicle. The adnexa are normal.
