I Experienced Severe Muscle And Bone Pain Using Fosamax. I

I experienced severe muscle and bone pain using Fosamax. I stopped after a few weekly doses. My doctor is now recommending Reclast infusion. I am worried that I could have the same side effects and that they could last much longer. I believe they are the same drug classification. Not sure what to do.
