I Fainted In The Bathroom After I Got Food Poisoned

I fainted in the bathroom after I got food poisoned and have diarea and threw up. I hit my head could of been the door or the tub I don't know, I have been fine and today 4 days later my eyes are turning black. Do I need go to the er. I have not symptoms of dizziness, nausea, blured vision.
