I Fainted On The Subway Last Month. My Blood Pressure

I fainted on the subway last month. my blood pressure went higher than normal and the heart bit was 160 to 180. usually my blood pressure is low and the heart bits are around 55 to 60 but it has been times when they were 44 or lower. I am taking the aspirins but since then I feel fatigue and have mostly everyday an eppisonde of chest pressure. is my health at sake?
