I Fave A Friend Who Was Helping Me With My

I fave a friend who was helping me with my mowing. When I got home, he was mowing and was sweating frofusely, and was white as a sheet. It was cool out, probably not even 60 degrees. I stopped him emediately. He said he just needed to rest. He refuses to see a doctor. I don't know what to do.
