I Fear I Could Be Pregnant But I'm Too Scared

I fear I could be pregnant but I'm too scared to take a test. I've been having sex with my boyfriend most days now and for the past week or so I have been throwing up and have the feeling of nausea, I have been peeing more than usual but I have been on the contraceptive pill. I have been different in myself, being put off my favourite foods and wanting foods that I have never liked before, I have been frequently getting lower back pain and headaches very often. I'm not so sure what to do
