I Feel A Fluttering/bubbling In My Chest, Sort Of Lower

I feel a fluttering/bubbling in my chest, sort of lower down near my diaphragm but it seems to radiate across the general chest region. I'm taking new stimulants for ADD and I also just drank some tea, so I wonder if caffeine is causing muscle twitching? Or should I be worried about a heartbeat problem?
