I Feel A Movement Under My Right Rib Cage.. I

I feel a movement under my right rib cage.. I can pull it slightly. Don't have much pain but discomfort for sure. I have been feeling numbness and tingling in my back with a constant tight feeling. I am pretty worried about this and how it's gotten gradually worse
