I Feel A Pinching Almost A Tiny Biting In The

I feel a pinching almost a tiny biting in the rectal area and farther around the area starting about 6 am in the morning. I have checked my stools and have found a few tiny white things. Could that be pinworm? Sometimes it feels like there is something moving around in there.
