I Feel A Sharp Almost Moving Feeling From The Middle

I feel a sharp almost moving feeling from the middle of my abdomen like if was my rib dislocating but I know it wasn't my rib exactly and the upper left side under it felt wired
it lasted 3days
Then I felt like a pain on my left side of my back
it lasted 2weeks

Month later I felt a very weird flowing feeling from my chest down to my stomach
What's going on?! I'm i just being paranoid
