I Feel A Sharp Pain Underneath My Right Rib Cage,

I feel a sharp pain underneath my right rib cage, and it is also in my right collar bone as well. the paiin gets worse when i do any bending on my right side and also when i take a deep breath. I have pancreatitis due to high triglycerides, which did cause gallstones. can you help?
