I Feel A Vibration In My Body, Like Someone Put

I feel a vibration in my body, like someone put a cell phone on vibrate under my skin. It can last approx a half hour to hours. If someone sits close to me or hugs me they can feel the vibration off of me. My hands, head and limbs will shake at times as well.
I also have anticoagulant lupus as well, to which is why I am on Lovenox, until epidurals for bulging discs. ..
What on earth is shaking my world??! :(
