I Feel As If There Is Something Stuck Behind My

I feel as if there is something stuck behind my nose and like just to the top of the back of throat so where they meet and I always wake up with a dry nose, I have tried allergen sprays but it just doesn't seem to help. It feels like a bubble even when I swallow I can feel it there. I have been to the gp twice both different ones and both passed me off as having hayfever. Any help would be great
