I Feel As Though I've Had A Small Stroke (SMI?)

I feel as though I've had a small stroke (SMI?) But don't know what to take to help myself. I know eating an aspirin is supposed to help a heart attack. Is there something similar I can take today? My balance is not good and I'm light headed, fuzzy and was not making sense when I talked. I heard what I said but I knew it didn't make sense. I had a small stoke in Sept 2012 and am very suspicious of these symptoms.
