I Feel Backward Off 3.5 Feet- On My Back- And

I feel backward off 3.5 feet- on my back- and my head followed with whiplash - hitting the back of my head. And my left leg got badly bruised- my neck and back hurt- I took anti inflam- last night and the night before- after the accident. Right after the fall- I was in shock- and almost vomited. but did not- last night I did sleep a little better - my chest hurts to cough or take a big deep inhale. I feel around with my heads and it does not seem that I broke any ribs. This happened the night before last- should I make a dr. appt?>
