I feel bloated and like I can't fully evacuate. This has occurred intermittently for 3 to 4 weeks. Do I have a serious problem? Should I contact my gastroenterologist? Other information: I take Nexium nightly. I have been diagnosed with GERD. My mother died January 20 and I have been under stress.
