I Feel Burning Pains In The Lower Parts Of The

I feel burning pains in the lower parts of the urinary tract, and sometimes when I urinate I feel as if I still have urine inside my urine bladder. I was given a dose of CITAL medicine but I still feel the burning sensation, what is the cause? and what should I do to alleviate the pains?
