I Feel Etching Mostly In The Back Of Upper Leg

I feel etching mostly in the back of upper leg area. Despite of keeping it clean still have this problem. Mostly at night time. I told my doctor if this is something related to my kidney or liver and he said it sounds like allergy to some chair or under wear or..... I should figure out.....
