I Feel Exhausted, Joints Hurt. Ankle Has Been Swelled For

I feel exhausted, joints hurt. Ankle has been swelled for about 5 months. 55 year old female. Hysterectomy 12 years ago. History of migraines. I take no medication for anything. I take 2000 iu of fish oils daily, 1000 iu capsules twice a day. Never take pain meds of any kind because they cause me to have a migraine. History of diverticulitis. Thank you.
