I Feel Extremely Dehydrated Today With Symptoms Such As Extreme

I feel extremely dehydrated today with symptoms such as extreme fatigue and muscle weakness. I drank a lot of milk over the last couple of days and despite drinking large amounts of water, I have been urinating a lot as well. I want to know if I could have an allergy to milk. I have also been sneezing and itching in these last couple of days after the consumption of milk.
