I Feel Like I Can Breathe And Always Tend To

I feel like I can breathe and always tend to have high heart rate and low oxygen levels. I have asthma and have been having what I think is an attack all day. I have a sometimes productive cough but for the most part it's dry and recently seems to hurt my left kidney area. I have allergies as well so super confused and don't know what to do. I feel like something could be seriously wrong.
