I Feel Like I Have A Fever, Specifically In My

I feel like I have a fever, specifically in my right arm and hand. It is very tender to touch ( like when you have a fever) However I don't have a fever. It is getting increasingly painful. What could this possibly be? It is also affecting me all over I have gotten very fatigued and feel like I have a fever all over now but it is the worst in my right arm.
