I Feel Like I Have Winter Allergies. Burning Sensation In

I feel like I have winter allergies. Burning sensation in my nose with constant runny nose. Headaches, ear pain, red eyes and fatigue also. Allergy meds from over the counter not helping. Can an allergist help? My doctor talks like allergy testing is not necessary. Developed these symptoms when I moved from northwest to NC. Sometimes have scratchy throat and cough when cleaning pollen off my deck. Mostly miserable in winter. What can help?
