I Feel Like I May Have A Parasite Infection I

I feel like I may have a parasite infection I have been having a lot of bloating abdominal pain, nausea and now constipation. I also have trouble sleeping and headaches. When I passed my stool the other night I saw a long tan hookworm type of thing in my stool. I have also had extreme fatigue what should I do..
