I Feel Like I Need To Open My Bowels However

I feel like I need to open my bowels however I have been today and it was a normal size and coloured stool. When I sit it is uncomfortable inside between my ribs and umbilical button. I have grumbling spasm type discomfort in the area mentioned above. I have taken paracetamol and buscopan without relief. I am 39 yr old otherwise healthy female. I have had a medical termination 2 weeks ago but I don't believe it to be related to this.
