I Feel Like I'm Wearing A Bra 3 Sizes Too

I feel like I'm wearing a bra 3 sizes too small and I'm not breathing very well. I also feel like I could just simply close my eyes and go immediately to sleep. Possibly a heart attack? I don't want to go to an ER and waste medical staff time if I'm not having one. I just feel really awful.
