I Feel Like A Am Going To Fail & Everything

I feel like a am going to fail & everything turns black on me. I am 58. Tipe 2 Diabetes. Well controlled. I used to be very hevy. I am recovering my normal weight. I lost 80 lbs. Recently, My Doctor recommended me not to take Meformin Twice, but, just once.
Maybe, I am not getting enough nutrition. Please, what can you advise?
