I Feel Like Bugs Are Crawling On My Skin Cannot

I feel like bugs are crawling on my skin cannot see anything been to the dermatologist said that I had dry skin been treating moisturizing lotion. Also was examine by my doctor. Have my exterminator out to check for bedbugs and found nothing . It is not itchy feeling like a bug bite it's more like a tickling.
