I Feel Like I Am Being Poisoned By Furosemide Mixed

I feel like i am being poisoned by furosemide mixed with digoxin,carvedilol , losartan 81mg of asprin 1000mg of fish oil b12 and 500mg of Metformin i've taken every thing for ten years except the furosemide and Metformin which i started just recently I don't know if the doctors ive been to understand the anxiety of this life with congestive heart failure ten ago's i weighed 260 pounds now 385lb and its never address even after i being it up .i don't believe i consume a lot and i am a 57 yr old white male that's 6"2' isn't there a real Doctor Gregory House diagnostic puzzle solving doctor out there
