I Feel Like There Is An Air Bubble Stuck In

I feel like there is an air bubble stuck in my chest - it has happened before - doesn't last long but causes pain in the front of my chest beneath the breast bone somewhat centered. I can feel it all the way through to my back as if someone is poking me with a hot stick between the ribs between my shoulder blade and spine. Can this be heart burn? It feels like an air bubble is trying to move upward causing discomfort/pressure then gradually fades away. Totally time is about 30 seconds to a minute or so. It'll come in waves a few times and will usually go away. Should I take it more seriously?
